I began with fitness 20 years ago and dance over 30 years ago. In the last decade I’ve focused primarily on two categories: the science of movement and business consulting.

What that means for you as a student is that I have put my time in to truly understanding your body’s individual needs, and that’s why you’ll never see me selling gimmicks. I only ever teach what I believe in- even if it’s not following the latest trends. In my opinion, marketing is killing physical wellness.

As a consulting client you’ll get the same no-bull approach from me. I want what’s best for your business, your team and your clients because your success is my success. It’s that simple.

I truly believe that a rising tides lift all boats and there is power in community. Whether I’m in front of a class or working behind the computer my priority is people, and understanding that a healthy functioning ecosystem involves radical collaboration.

I am here to make you successful. Whether that’s a personal goal or what you want for your business (or both) I’m here to help you get to the root of your needs, create an action plan accordingly and then guide you through it.

Let’s get to know each other

I am passionate about the human body and the quality of life that comes from maximizing care. I believe every person deserves to feel good in their body regardless of age or physique. I thrive in leveraging research and data analysis to optimize results,

I have spent the last 14 devoting my time as a director in a variety of health and wellness environments. From management, operations, and development to franchising, growth strategy, and expansion to acquisition and team building, I have provided guidance and leadership in boutique, corporate luxury, and stand-alone fitness and wellness brands around the globe.

Simultaneously I have put years into research and development of the human body. My motivation began in wanting a deeper understanding of how to heal myself from competitive gymnastics injuries, a career in dance, and childbirth trauma. When I began my journey, injury healing and prevention meant getting a sheet of exercises from a physical therapist. Postpartum recovery wasn’t a topic of conversation. Everyone thought Kegels were the answer. I began grassroots exploration with a variety of colleagues in pelvic floor therapy, physical therapy, obstetrics, massage, functional range movement, manual manipulation, and anatomical instruction. This led to a deep understanding of how to curate purposeful and goal-oriented movement concepts to serve the individual human, not the market trends.

To stay balanced I practice yoga, spend time in the garden, or take an occasional tap class. To stay young I ski, paddle board, and ride in the last car of the rollercoaster. I can usually be found baking, hiking, or making art with my family.

To keep your balance you must keep moving.
